Today, I’m joined by one of our investors Judy Estrin, CEO of JLABS LLC and co-founder for 8 technology companies since 1981. In the 1970s, she helped create the internet working with Vint Cerf to develop TCP/IP at Stanford. She’s the author of Closing the Innovation Gap: Reigniting the Spark of Creativity in a Global Economy and is passionate about the impacts of technology on democracy and society. Judy has served on the boards of FedEx Corporation, Rockwell Automation, Sun Microsystems, The Medium Company, and KQED as well as the Walt Disney Company, where she served for fifteen years.
