Screendoor Partners focuses on supporting underrepresented venture capitalists, enabling founders and teams (both of whom are more likely to be underrepresented themselves) to back and build new companies, and creating a more inclusive venture capital and technology ecosystem. Previously, Wes was Principal at New Media Ventures, a Senior Associate at The Global Development Incubator, and a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Beyond Investing. He loves to play and listen to jazz and is a diehard NBA fan.
